Seeking to cement themselves in the Sydney F&B scene, alkimi partnered with Lenny Briskets to transform this well known food truck fare into their first ‘Bricks and Mortar’ offering in Darlinghurst.

This playful brand embraced the classic American Diner look throughout it’s offering and the resulting space pays homage to their New York roots.
