Occupying the top two floors of Sydney’s prestigious ‘Hudson House,’ the AHA NSW office and event space features magnificent views overlooking Sydney Harbour, Royal Botanic Garden, Farm Cove and the Sydney CBD skyline.

Stripped back to its shell, the space has undergone a significant transformation. Working with the skilled team at MPA, the aim of the project was to create a contemporary yet timeless space, effortlessly impressive in use and presentation.
The office space on level 16 provides staff a welcoming and professional workspace. The floor features a premium boardroom encompassed
by floor to ceiling timber veneer panelling and custom designed wine wall. The private dining room with mini bar is both elegant and luxurious, highlighting bespoke joinery, bronze accents, and refined detailing.

Highly considered planning ensures the event space on level 15 is designed to accommodate various use case scenarios. Inspired by the concept of choreography, the space is fluid and transformative, and able to be easily tailored to specific event offerings. The restrained palette is paired with punchy highlights and sculptural forms, creating balance and harmony throughout the design. The event space features an impressive bar with scalloped green marble cladding, connecting to the blue and green hues of the surrounding environment. Level 15 includes further support spaces, including a commercial kitchen and premium amenities. The integration of quality lighting and technology are also carefully considered to ensure longevity and seamless functionality.
