Located in the light filled lobby of Macquarie Square’s Glasshouse, the John Holland leasing suite showcases the offerings of this innovative new precinct.

Inspired by the developments’ marketing, our vision was to bring to life the ‘modern marketplace’ while maintaining a retail shop front that allowed the space to flow with the surrounding retailers.

The design is layered with various settings that address the clients brief of creating a multifunctional and welcoming space where people can meet, functions can be held and key marketing celebrated. With the precinct model being a key focal point, the surrounding area remains flexible and inviting. A refreshment bar sits to the rear of the suite, along with a formal boardroom for presentations.

The high contrast but minimalist palette allows the precinct’s branding to be showcased. Market-inspired details are seen in strong curved panelling, and ample greenery help bring the Modern Market place to life.
