A transformed home for this iconic household brand.
As a rapidly expanding business with many satellite offices split amongst the fringes of Sydney, Temple & Webster sought to consolidate all facets of the company under one roof, in ‘a place to call home’.
A heritage warehouse, located within the heart of St Peters was found, sparking the beginning of the vision for the new workplace, an inclusive environment for Temple & Webster to thrive and grow and be supported to remain creative, inspired, and productive.
THE GOAL
To create “a place to call home” where creativity, inspiration, and productivity could thrive.

‘Plant Temple’ by Nastia Gladushchenko celebrates the native plants of the land on which the headquarters stands. Their colours and forms echo the variety of furniture and people that define Temple & Webster.
It’s very soothing. It doesn’t look like an office at all and it’s designed as a recharge space for the team.

The site offered the perfect foundation for a workplace that is inclusive, warm, and aligned with the brand’s future ambitions.
DESIGN COLLABORTAION
Temple & Webster partnered with alkimi studio and Spaceful to design and deliver the new multifunctional workplace. Together, they crafted a space tailored to the unique needs of a dynamic and growing business.

Each zone flows effortlessly into the next, unified by a consistent yet distinct aesthetic. The result is a workplace that captures the homely, approachable essence of Temple & Webster – both in look and in spirit.
