LIGHT AND LAYOUT
Natural light was maximised through reconfigured planning, while soft curves and strong architectural forms create harmony between openness and structure.
MATERIALITY WITH INTENTION

COLLABORATION AND FLOW
An open-plan layout encourages connection and collaboration, supporting a modern workstyle that feels both functional and uplifting.
