Situated in one of Sydney’s newest landmark buildings, the ‘watercooler’, Procore’s new head office is the perfect modern workplace. The new two floor office design echoes the company’s values and culture while showcasing the true essence of the business and its inner moving parts.
Brand-Driven Design
Inspired by Procore’s branding story, the space features strong, angular forms that intuitively guide both visitors and employees throughout the office.
Spatial Balance
Open, activated zones are intentionally balanced with enclosed, functional areas to support a range of work styles and create flow.
Grounded in Industry
On the lower floor, material selections and exposed ceiling elements echo the mechanical workings of Procore, grounding the space in its industrial roots.
As both the business and the team have rapidly expanded, we needed a flexible and collaborative new working environment that is built for true scale.

The upper, client-facing level fosters creativity and connection through thoughtful spatial planning and flexible, custom joinery elements.
