Featuring a sunrise-inspired palette, modern communal amenities, and a thoughtfully reimagined speculative suite, the project reflects a forward-thinking approach to workplace design.
FOCUS ON WELLBEING
The Wellness Studio provides a serene retreat, designed with cork, timber, and rattan finishes. Mirrored panels maximise natural light, while sliding panels offer privacy, making it ideal for yoga, workshops, or quiet reflection.
CONNECTION
Drop-in booths between the studios offer quiet areas for one-on-one meetings or independent work. These spaces ensure a variety of work styles are supported across the floor.
REIMAGINED TENANCY
The 1,200 sqm speculative suite was completely revitalised with clever planning and reuse. Updated meeting rooms, a concierge-style entry with a mirrored ceiling, a 16-person boardroom, and tiered seating connecting to a social breakout area all enhance the user experience.
INSPIRE INNOVATION
The Innovation Studio is tailored for creativity and collaboration, with reconfigurable tables, integrated video conferencing, and warm timber details. Vibrant colours energise the space, supporting brainstorming and group interaction.
INTEGRATED DESIGN
Working closely with DBS engineers, we integrated lighting, power, and services into the architectural elements. This ensured the tenancy was not only functional but also dynamic, future-proof, and engaging for tenants.
