Alkimi studio was engaged to revitalise the entry lobby, amenities, and common lobbies across three floors of Mapletree’s Rhodes asset. The result is a timeless, premium design that elevates the building’s presence while creating a more inviting experience for visitors.
A REIMAGINED ENTRY
The once-enclosed security zone was redesigned as an open, welcoming lobby. Vertical timber elements maintain privacy while preserving clear sight lines, creating an approachable first impression.
REFINED PALETTE
Honest, minimal finishes pair with a contemporary linear design language. Light timber tones and soft hues are balanced by black fixtures and refinished lift doors, achieving a dynamic yet calm aesthetic.
CONSISTENCY
The palette and design approach are continued throughout the amenities and common lobbies, tying the floors together with a cohesive and inviting identity.
