Deli Diner
Lenny Briskets’ first permanent location marks an exciting evolution for the cult-favourite food truck. Located in the heart of Darlinghurst, this hospitality fitout transforms their signature New York-style BBQ experience into a bold, bricks-and-mortar diner that brings big flavour and even bigger personality to Sydney’s dining scene.
TRUCK TO TABLE
To establish a lasting presence in Sydney’s food scene, Lenny Briskets teamed up with alkimi to bring their beloved food truck concept into its first bricks-and-mortar location in Darlinghurst.
THE CONCEPT
Embracing the playful charm of the classic American diner, the design channels the brand’s New York roots with bold character and nostalgic flair throughout the space.
