A welcoming gateway to Macquarie Square.

Located in the lobby of the ‘Glasshouse’, the first of five buildings within the 3.2-hectare Macquarie Square precinct the John Holland Display Suite is a vibrant, multi-functional space designed to host clients, showcase the precinct vision, and support the development team. Rooted in history and forward-focused, the suite embodies the story and spirit of the land it sits on.

PLACE AND PURPOSE

Echoing the precinct’s branding and its orchard history, the suite celebrates the concept of a ‘Modern Marketplace.’ Citrus trees and lush greenery nod to the site’s agricultural past, while warm, textural finishes and environmental graphics deliver a cohesive and inviting experience.

CONNECTION

The generous ceiling height is used to full effect, with bulkheads and datum lines establishing clear spatial zones. Curved built forms define the suite’s key functions – an open lounge and bar area at the centre, flanked by a formal boardroom and a dedicated office for the development team.

A BRANDED EXPERIENCE

A custom joinery display houses the 3D model of the precinct – acting as both visual anchor and storytelling tool. Seamless integration of branding, furnishings, and graphics transforms the suite into a fully immersive marketing environment that supports client engagement and team operations alike.
