Situated in one of Sydney’s newest landmark buildings, the ‘watercooler’, Procore’s new head office is the perfect modern workplace. The new two floor office design echoes the company’s values and culture while showcasing the true essence of the business and its inner moving parts.
Alkimi studio was engaged from the initial strategic briefing stage, including comprehensive workshops and surveys, through to concept and sketch planning and to final construction documentation and delivery.

Maximising the View
Level 10 takes full advantage of the harbour outlook with a welcoming reception, front-of-house meeting spaces, and a well-appointed boardroom, complemented by functional back-of-house rooms.
Spaces for Every Mode
Flexible collaboration zones, breakout spaces, and quiet rooms are designed to encourage connection and focus. A dedicated wellness facility provides privacy and a sense of renewal.
