A timeless detailed office suite.
Inspired by luxury hotels, the 99 Mount Street Podium Suite is a calm and refined workspace. Alkimi studio created a warm, inviting environment that echoes the building’s architectural language and brings a timeless edge to this speculative suite.
VIEWS AND CONNECTION
Collaborative spaces are oriented towards the outdoor balcony, offering natural light and views that encourage informal interaction.
DEFINED SPACES
A custom ceiling screen wraps from floor to ceiling, creating visual boundaries between work zones, meeting rooms, and breakout areas.
ARCHITECTURAL CUES
Linear detailing from the building exterior is reinterpreted inside, creating cohesion through form and material intersections.
As both the business and the team have rapidly expanded, we needed a flexible and collaborative new working environment that is built for true scale.
DELIVERED WITH CARE
Alkimi worked closely with Vantagespace to meet tight timeframes, ensuring quality was maintained from concept to completion.
