Alkimi studio reimagined two floors at 171 Clarence Street into a collection of speculative suites that celebrate the building’s unique character while providing flexible, contemporary workplaces. Each suite offers its own identity while contributing to a cohesive and harmonious design.
WARM AND GROUNDED
One floor is defined by earthy tones and bold accents, creating an uplifting energy. Retaining the raw brutalist ceiling adds contrast, juxtaposing soft finishes with harder industrial elements.
SOFT AND REFINED
The other floor introduces gentle hues, layered textures, and flowing curves. The design creates a welcoming atmosphere that softens the interior while retaining architectural integrity.
The alkimi team came up with clever designs and quality finishes to produce an outstanding result which we are proud to present to the leasing market.
